Welcome Red Granites Pallaton to our herd! Purchased at the Amber Autumn Auction, Pallaton has grown into a beautiful male. From Reserve Champion at his 1st Canadian Show to Supreme Champion at his 2nd show. Pallaton was able to settle a few females easily at 2 years of age. The temperament on this boy is stellar and so is his fleece. High frequency super fine consistent fleece on a mid sized perfect frame. What more could you ask for? How about producing black? Yup, Pallaton's first cria was black! We are very pleased with the offspring that Pallaton has sired. His offspring from 2021 are some of the best produced here at KJ Alpacas. During the careful selection of our foundation herd, Charm was an obvious choice. She is just one of those females that has the "it" factor. She is perfectly proportioned with an exquisite head and a dark brown luxurious fleece. Charm has given us TWO exceptional coloured girls that are both CHAMPIONS!! After a year of rest, we bred Charm to Yukon Gold and she did not disappoint! We are thrilled with the arrival of her third cria, Dawson. An eye-catching fawn who has won our hearts and those of the judges! At 15 months, Dawson won male fawn CHAMPION and SUPREME CHAMPION at the Rockton World's Fair! Charm's 4th cria is a light brown boy out of our white herdsire Nyko. Once again, Charm is the perfect mother and Mac is a handsome fella!

Description

Daughter of Supreme Champion, Red Granites Pallaton, now residing in Poland! These genetics are VERY LIMITED in Canada! Remarkable right from birth with twists and twirls of fleece on a solid 20lb frame! Not only is Namaari developing into a phenomenal young female, she is also a total sweetheart (fitting as the meaning of her name is "truly pure heart") We are incredibly proud of Namaari's debut at the Alpaca Quebec spring show! She won FIRST PLACE in the juvenile female fawn class and went on to win the COLOUR CHAMPION!! Judge Wade Gease credited Namaari for "producing loads of fleece that was both fine and uniform, as well as having a great body structure - a real stunner!!" Namaari finished FIRST in a competitive class of 7 at the Rockton World's Fair and continued on to win RESERVE CHAMPION in a combined male/female class behind the best in show winner!! Judge Cathy Merkley was particularly impressed with how tight and uniform her crimp was along the entire staple commenting that these fleeces are the ones most likely to maintain fineness with age. Namaari's winning streak has continued in 2023 with a RESERVE CHAMPION win at the Alpaca Quebec show in April and a COLOUR CHAMPIONSHIP at the Navan Fair in August. We took Namaari to the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair in November of 2023 and she won FAWN CHAMPION!! Judge, Stephanie Glyptis, commended Namaari on her strength of frame and overall conformation, excellent length of staple with a great deal of organization along the staple and consistent in micron across her blanket. With her incredible show career behind her, we are excited to see what caliber of offspring she will produce. One of a Kind was always on our radar for Namaari's first breeding and we are thrilled to finally announce, after 377 days gestation, that she had a GIRL! This light bundle of curls was totally worth the wait and Namaari is completely smitten!!
