Description

Golden One is an elite breeding Vicuna type stud - he has a heavy wool cap and very dense fine fleece. As a four year old his micron count rivals that of most cria. Snowmass Alpacas, known for their outstanding fleeces and breeding program. treasured him enough to infuse his Macusani and Sollocota genetics into their herd. Julie Skinner notes that Golden One rivals the renowned Chaccu (now standing stud at Crescent Moon and Derwydd) in fine fleece density. We have never touched an alpaca with density that comes close to Golden One's. Visitors to our ranch routinely pick out Golden One as a favorite for his amazing fleece and regal presence.
