The judges recognize the fact that this male in his 6 fleece, has amazing regrowth, luster and handle. He has an amazing stance in the ring, and is super easy to handle. Rombauer has become better as he has matured. Very lustrous, solid lock, greasy feel. Super bone, density and perfect conformation and bite. He has been SHIP scored in 2018. Katrina came to us in early 2025 as part of Deer Valley Alpaca's herd disbursement. Her daughter, Seder, was part of the group as well. Katrina is a large female out of Ch'aska. She's a proven mom with 3 offspring. We are waiting for the right herdsire to breed her to - she is very dense with a great staple length, putting her in the top 10% for fleece weight and top 15% for staple length. Her other EPD categories are all in the top 25%. She had a white male out of Kalino in 2024 - check him out at Deer Valley Alpaca Farm.

AWH Eye of the Tiger by Poseidon has presented himself as a winner from the day he was born. He was a big baby and has remained the biggest boy in the herd. He has also maintained his stunning luster, and carries a very heavy, well-defined and uniform fleece. Eye of the Tiger is the 1st son of Poseidon to hit the show ring, and he made quite a splash. Tiger's sire, Poseidon (now owned by Derwydd Alpacas and Alpacas of El Dorado), comes from suri royalty, boasting bloodlines like Kahuna, Inca, Bruxo, and Ivory Gold. Tiger's dam, Tiger's Eye, has similar suri royalty in her pedigree, featuring Baron LaFite. MacGyver, Apache II, and Mr. Sapphire. She is a tall girl with real strength of frame and a tremendously soft, uniform fleece with all the luster you would expect from an alpaca of her quality. AWH Eye of the Tiger has shown himself to be an eager breeder who really gets the job done! He now has several confirmed pregnancies and we are very excited to see them next summer!
