He is the product of the first grey breeding to Jacob Black. This combination did not disappoint with an offspring that had a beautiful head, perfect conformation, and stunning grey fleece. His first histogram displayed a 16.4 micron, 3.7 SD, and 100% comfort factor. Showtime’s fleece is not the traditional mix of black and white fibers, HE IS GREY-FIBERED! This may also come from his dam, Shades of Grace. Shades of Grace has a strong grey pedigree starting with two grey parents and following back to importation. Between his dam and sire, they amassed 29 championships (19 for Jacob Black and 10 for Shades of Grace.) Showtime followed by taking eight banners, including back-to-back Futurity Color Championships. Both his sire and dam have produced multiple champions. Over 160 banners for Jacob Black’s offspring. AMBER AUTUMN JEWEL Jewel ranked in the Top 15% EPD's in 2021! She is the daughter of 11X Champion, ATV Adonnis, who took 2012 Futurity Reserve Herdsire for dark colored offspring. Adonnis is out of Mr Roosevelt, a champion producer who was a cornerstone for Crescent Moon's black and grey program. Her maternal gg grandsire is Peruvian Andrajo, a full Alianza male imported in 1993 with Hemingway and Bueno. At 20+ years, Andrajo still had 23.8-micron fleece. Her maternal grandsire is numerous Blue-Ribbon winner, Eclipse Alyst (out of Australian import, Jolimont 2 Peruvian Sweet William). Amber Autumn stated: We purchased Eclipse Alyst because of his color, pedigree, and incredible dense fleece that has luster, handle, staple length, and very nice fineness. Eclipse always shears our heaviest weighted fleece even at 8 years of age and is still holding his fineness nicely. Offspring: On 3/4/23, Jewel presented us with a lovely dark rose grey female sired by Amber Autumn Royal Flush. On 4/29/24, Jewel gave us a beautiful bay black female sired by 8x Champion & Champion Producer, Irish Meadows Peruvian Showtime.
