We have mentioned the power of MR Sizlin Rose before and we are certainly going to do it again. In this case, we have paired MR Sizlin Rose with a Futurity Champion and extremely well known black female, Red Granites Allison. For any that knew Allison and her fleece, this young male should be no suprise. A mirror image of his dam. We would really love to see what the production will be from Alyeska when he gets his opportunity. This pedigree is one that needs to be explored all the way back to understand just how meticulous the pairings were for generations to get to this level. His maternal-brother, Red Granites Alydar By Val D Lsere is a 6-time National Grey Banner winner and a 2-time Futurity Grey Male Champion. His crias that we are seeing hit the ground are chips of the block. This male will stack the deck in your favor, we say, let 'r rip! Red Granites Alyeska is now owned by Eagle Eye Farm! Sold For: $20,000

UPDATE: His first cria has arrived! An extremely curly fawn female! A male coming from generation after generation of herdsire greatness on both sides of his pedigree, one that is equally impressive as his paternal-brother; Snowmass MR Sizlin Rose, one that represents that next level of advancment in this excpetional paternal line -- we proudly add MR Coranado to our Herdsire row. The longer we watch this male develop, the more pleased we are. If you're breeding for fine, bright, dense fleeces with sacrificing uniformity in COLOR that is proven through many generations of herdsire greatness, this male is the one for you. His high frequency, high amplitdude fleece is extremely uniform and shows exceptional density and brightness paired with a big-bone structure and calm demeanor that his line is famously known for throwing. He is a ten-time color champion male within his first year of showing during the 2021 Show season and earned a reserve color champion banner at the Mid America Alpaca Challenge 2022. Earning two championships as a yearling and nine as a two-year-old he is getting better with age. Judges have said, “he knows he has it, and acts like the man” “the uniformity across his blanket is amazing for his age.” With the 2009 AOBA National Reserve Color Championship winner or "The Dark Matrix", Snowmass Matrix Rose as his sire, this junior herdsire should retain fineness into adulthood and pass on exceptional fleece traits to his progeny. Dam, Red Granites Chiloquin is a true black daughter of Crescent Moon's Simtustus and is one of our current foundation females. His paternal and maternal lineages combined carry elite black, fawn, white, and grey champion genetics. This male can cover any color, and carries them all in his pedigree at outstanding quality to add. His dark points on his nose, feet, ears, and eyes give us insight to what this male will be able to produce. Coranado means "crowned" or "assuming power" and Coranado is taking his sires crown....taking the power of holding some of the most sought after genetics while also holding one of the most reliable genetic lines for improving a herd in the United States, and possibly the WORLD...we have high hopes for this male. You have seen what his sires line does to a breeder -- ask Amber Autumn Alpacas and us how much Sizzy have improved our herds, he is one of the most significant herdsires in the country, so you can tell why we are excited about this male! Fiber and Fleece Description EXQUISITE in all respects UNIFORM over entire blanket Histogram(s) (Shearing #, AFD, SD, CV, %>30, CURV, SPIN FINENESS) 2 18.9, 3.9, 20.9, 1.0, 54.5, 18.3 Fleece Lengths + Weights (Shearing #, Length, Shear Weight) 2 4.09 inch, 7.1 pounds
