Lakota is out of TWO appaloosa parents. Is he homozygous? We think so. His first kids hit the ground in 2020 and all were spotted. We bred a number of females to him for the 2021 season along with some outside breedings and he delivered every single darn time. We love Lakota for his sturdy frame, very solid fleece character (fineness, density and character) and sweet temperament. He has a nice array of spots to share and so far he has shared them well. Did I mention his fleece quality? Its noteworthy. And he passes it along. We have some amazing kids to preview and photos will be posted shortly. We are offering a limited number of breedings through 2024( 5 to be exact). Koda has a beautiful multi fleece! We purchased him from Willow Wind Farm and Wooley Beast. They had an early histogram done on his fiber and it was an AFD of 15.6! It is a long staple with excellent crimp. It is difficult to find patterned animals with this level of fleece. He is a gem. Koda is out of a harley dam, Clown's Magical Maggie and appy throwing powerhouse Lakota. He is primed for appy spots and possibly harlequin offspring. His frame is square and solid. Koda is the 2025 National Multi Huacaya Male Champion! Super lovely fleece on him and he has developed into a very macho herdsire. Can't wait to get some cria on the ground. He has shown well for us and will now be used as a Herdsire. We plan to get him on some girls this spring. We are offering a limited time introductory breedings for $1500.
