It wasn't by accident that he was named Eros. We believe that he has a bright future ahead of him as a topnotch herdsire. Yes, I know it's early but all indications are that he is clearly headed in the right direction, both conformationally and fiber-wise; and most certainly with attitude! At the end of the spring show season and at the tender age of 12.3 months, Eros has earned eight blue ribbons and five championships. I'd say that's a respectable start! And, the best thing is that he has this coming fall and spring to add to his collection of blues and banners before he even turns two and begins to think about breeding. At his first show, the New Jersey Alpaca Classic, he was awarded his first blue ribbon AND the light reserve champion ribbon. Even more appreciated were the words of praise that the judge lavished on him. To paraphrase senior judge Jude Anderson, “When Jude Anderson (her words) awards a championship to an alpaca that has just been weaned (referring to the fact that he was the youngest in his color group) it must be a very special alpaca, and this is a very special alpaca.” At his second show where, where once again he was the youngest in the class, he was honored with first place AND fawn reserve color champion. Judge Helen Humphries acknowledged that he was the most complete package in the class, along with being the finest in his class. She mentioned his excellent fleece structure and said that he was well grown for his age. At the CABO show in February, he again was awarded the blue where he competed against some of the most highly recognized farms in the country in a large class of 12. Senior judge Amanda VandenBosch was highly complimentary of him. Keep your eye on him... he's spectacular!

AMBER AUTUMN ROSEMARIE Rosemarie had Top 10% EPD's in 2021-2024! Her genetics are a blend of the famous Legacy and Snowmass bloodlines. Her sire, AML EL Duro's Principio was undefeated in the show ring as an 8X Color Champion. Principio had Top 1% EPD's in 2021, and is a handsome male with gorgeous fleece, a beautiful head, great coverage, density and is phenotypically correct. She is the granddaughter of 4Peruvian Legacy 6016 (a 29x Get of Sire ribbon winner). Legacy was the 2002 Futurity Herdsire of the Year; and the Reserve Light Herdsire of the Year in both 2005 and 2007. In 2005, Legacy sold for a world record setting price which still stands today. Her dam, Snowmass Ruby's Rosalee comes from the Elite Snowmass Black breeding program. She is the granddaughter of famous true black multi-champion, Snowmass Nova's Private Reserve XX (out of the legendary Nova). On top of that, Ruby's Rosalee is the 1/2 sister of the phenomenal Snowmass Satin Reserve XX, our the number one true black herdsire for many years. For her next pairing, we selected our champion producer, Amber Autumn Troy. Rosemarie is due in October 2026. Offspring: On 6/29/17, Rosemarie gave birth to a beautiful dark brown female sired by AOV Accoyo Eros. Her daughter, Amber Autumn Rosebud is a 2X Champion and Blue-Ribbon winner! On 5/11/20, Rosemarie gave birth to a sensational medium fawn male sired by Amber Autumn Troy. Her son, Amber Autumn Ringmaster is a 2X Champion with many Blue-Ribbons. He is also one of our ACE herd sires with judge's choice & champion offspring of his own!! On 6/20/21, Rosemarie gave birth to a pretty true black female sired by Amber Autumn Ameretto. Her daughter, Amber Autumn Raining Rhythum, won several ribbons during the 2022 show season. On 6/13/22, Rosemarie presented us with a true black handsome male also sired by Amber Autumn Ameretto.

WOW! We are delighted to add Irish Meadows’ Shadow to our herdsire lineup. He is everything we wanted to cross over our black lines, especially Sakima daughters. Quite frankly, we can cross him over every color! We have been looking for a black male that checks all the boxes especially in uniformity, staple length, and density on the fleece side. On the conformation side we needed a male that was without fault with great bone, coverage, and complimentary to our program. Genetically we wanted prepotent lines that we could depend on to produce top-tier quality offspring. Shadow had all that and more! His fleece style is reminiscent of Sakima with the tiny bundling, excellent uniformity, a dreamy soft handle, consistent crimp style, and an extended blanket area. Also, it is very bright, and excellent in comparing his primary to secondary fibers in micron, frequency, and color. We found all that in a 36-time banner winner with a first-rate pedigree. With elite champion lines he is also a sixth generation Champion. In 2023, he was awarded seventh place for top halter male in the show points calculation.
