Welcome Red Granites Pallaton to our herd! Purchased at the Amber Autumn Auction, Pallaton has grown into a beautiful male. From Reserve Champion at his 1st Canadian Show to Supreme Champion at his 2nd show. Pallaton was able to settle a few females easily at 2 years of age. The temperament on this boy is stellar and so is his fleece. High frequency super fine consistent fleece on a mid sized perfect frame. What more could you ask for? How about producing black? Yup, Pallaton's first cria was black! We are very pleased with the offspring that Pallaton has sired. His offspring from 2021 are some of the best produced here at KJ Alpacas. MJ is a well put together girl, excellent density, high frequency crimp and a beautiful hand to her fleece. Check out her lineage...impressive line up to say the least. MJ continues to have excellent EPD results in 2020. MJ delivers a stunning female cria in 2021! We just finished shearing MJ for the 1st time here at KJ in 2021...WOW! Her fleece for her 4th shearing is definitely high end! MJ is an excellent mother and milker. MJ delivers a knock out cria by Pallaton! We are blown away by this girl....and color! We have bred MJ to Kane for a 2023 cria. SHE ARRIVED! This is definitely a WOW cria. Color and quality is impressive. 3 Female crias in a row! MJ has been bred back to Kane for a 2024 cria. MJ is a female that passes extreme density to her offspring. If you have a male with long staple length MJ just might be a perfect fit for your breeding program. MJ delivers a light fawn boy! Again the density is amazing already. Due to the time of year, we decided to leave MJ open until 2025.

Klooney was our cutest cria of 2018. Klooney's fleece was impressive at 1st shearing...dense and crazy fine!! Pretty impressive histogram for 2019...we weaned Klooney after shearing! Klooney is on the compact side but he can sure grow fleece! Still amazing fleece production into 2022! We got some comments of "short neck" so we decided to post a current shorn picture. As you can see this boy has excellent proportions. Well over 4 inch staple on his 4th fleece carrying that long fiber right up his neck. Isn't this what we should be breeding for? Klooney produced a solid fawn male in 2025 out of a white female. This cria looks to have gotten extreme bone, fleece coverage and that super cute Klooney head! COLOR TESTING RESULTS FOR KLOONEY: Ee Aa1 We have bred Klooney again for a couple more crias in 2026.
