Rebel is a very cute typey package. He is medium brown with black points just like mom. He has density with excellent crimp definition. Gangster does it again....his consistent production is amazing. There is a lot of color in this boys lines. Rebel has perfect phenotype as he ages. His fleece is amazing with excellent regrowth! Well it looks like Rebel has settled his 1st female! This is a complete package male and we can hardly wait to see what he can produce! Rebel's 4th fleece does not disappoint! The density and hand on Rebel is outstanding for his age ...and our feeding program! COLOR TESTING RESULTS FOR REBEL: Ee a1a3 Rebel is bound to throw really great color which is not surprising since he comes from a very strong color background. Rebel's 1st arrived and it is a light brown girl out of medium fawn! This is a nice cria!! Serenity is super friendly and she looks a lot like her daddy! Rebel continues to age well maintaining a beautiful soft handling fleece just like his mom. Rebel histogram showed a drastic drop from around 20 microns to 13.9! No wonder I just wanted to pet him all the time...that is an extremely low micron for a 6 year old brown breeding male! 2025 Histogram results are amazing for a 7 year old dark male! We will be finding more dates for Rebel!

Makina is one of my favorite crias from 2014. Her sire is Diomedes and he really let the dams color through. Makina's fleece is very dense. Makina delivered a dark fawn boy out of Gangster in 2018. (SOLD) Makina delivered a stunning light girl out of Gangster in 2019. This cria has exceptional density and crimp for such a young girl. (SOLD) Makina delivers a true black female in 2021! Khloe is looking like a very nice black! 1st Place at her first show! Makina has now been bred to Rebel for a 2022 cria! Makina delivers a beautiful light brown girl in 2022! This is her best cria yet! Makina is a very easy keeper and is quite overweight. This would be a great starter female. We have bred Makina to Blackmail for a 2023 cria. If she maintains this pregnancy, this should be a black cria. Makina is very sweet when not bred, we are looking for a nice home for her as she finishes up her breeding career here at KJ.

Kameron arrived in 2022. He is exactly what we expected when pairing Gypsy and Diaz. Kameron is well put together with excellent bone and nice compact size. Gypsy continues to throw great color even when bred white. Kameron's fleece is long and has brilliant shine and will no doubt be the finest cria of the year. Add even more lasting fineness from Diaz and we expect Kameron to stay fine his entire life while producing long incredibly soft fleeces perfect for processing. Color Tested: Ee a1a2 Well Kameron was def our surprise fleece at shearing time. At 144 lbs this boy sheared over 14 lbs of fleece! He had the highest blanket weight at 6.3 lbs. We are hoping that Kameron will settle this year even though he won't be 2 until mid July. He has huge testicles so fingers crossed. Kameron has settled his 1st female! Being off alfalfa over winter brought Kameron's histogram back down to where we thought he would be. Pretty nice for a 3 year old breeding male that has black genetics! Kameron got a few breedings in 2025. We look forward to see what he can add to the herd.

Description

Serenity arrived in 2022. This is Rebel's 1st to hit the ground. She looks just like him and he passed along some great traits to Serenity. This is Makina's best cria yet. Serenity is so calm and sweet. She is a pleasure to have around and so easy to deal with. Serenity is growing fast. We look forward to seeing how this one matures. Serenity has an extremely long staple with really nice crimp architecture. We will be breeding Serenity this year as she definitely ready and well grown. Serenity sheared 8.5 lbs her first shearing (even after being cria tipped last fall). Serenity has definitely sprouted up into a taller girl. We have now bred her to SGT Pepper, a true black male with great fineness. Serenity delivers a true black male cria. This is one cute boy! He was color tested as EE a1a1 so we know that Serenity has Ea1 for sure. Serenity is a perfect mother with lots of milk. Serenity delivers a stunning little boy. He has had some issues at birth but we hope he will come around soon. Serenity is the best mom and is giving this boy his best chance. Update: He is doing great and is one nice little boy! We have bred Serenity to Kameron Alyst. This will produce strong color and should bring in lasting fineness as well.
