Lovelight is one of my favorite females. Her sweet, laid back attitude is one that I search for for my own life. Her lineage is full of some of the best names in the industry , Divine Love, Matrix, Maree Love, Peruvian Hemingway, Quechua. She is exactly what Snowmass bred for. "Lovey" has a beautiful dense, high frequency crimp on nice tight bundles. It is that pink/lavender Divine Love is known for. I have seen her fleece really come into its own this past year, and is just PACKED onto a compact sturdy frame. I am excited to see what she will produce this year in her cria. She is bred to Snow Diamond Sundance for a June 2020 birth. She had an easy text-book birth in 2018, and is an exceptional mother. Her 2018 cria Bronzed Moka is excelling in the ring with multiple 1st, 2nd, 3rds in Level 5 shows

Proven Aussie .38 Special Son

Description Top 15% Densest Grey Alpaca tested, Per Ian Watt "Harmony is a son of Aussie .38 Special, who really needs no introduction to anyone with even a passing interest in gray alpacas. He is a 15x Champion, 2x Judge's Choice, Herdsire of the Year; at the age of eight, he won the “Spirit of the Industry” recognizing the lasting quality of his fleece. Far more importantly, he imparts his bone, conformation, and elite fleece traits of extreme fineness, uniformity, density, high-frequency/high-amp crimp, and staple length to his offspring. This is especially incredible given that all of these awesome traits very rarely all go together, and .38 gives them to his get with amazing reliability. Harmony is not merely “any” .38 son, however. He is out of a daughter of Rincon Cloud, one of the other most pre-potent gray herdsires in North America. Rincon's Magnolia is one of Rincon Cloud's absolute best, a stunning, full Chilean solid silver tuxedo gray out of a truly true black dam. She has had two previous daughters, both of whom inherited impeccable conformation, perfect type, and beautiful fleece. Harmony inherited the bone of his sire along with the compact size of his dam sire, resulting in a perfectly proportioned, perfectly sized animal. His conformation is positively faultless. He inherited the awesome full fiber coverage of both parents, and a head that is the most ideal I have seen on a .38 offspring. Then, there is the not small matter of his fleece. Harmony's fleece completely redefined how I think of gray alpaca fleece. It is not just great. It is elite, and I reserve that word for only the most indisputably awesome alpaca fleeces. I am a fineness fanatic, and this fleece is fine, and fantastically uniform. These traits combine with an excellent brightness to produce a wonderfully soft hand, but it doesn't stop there. My photographs of this fleece do it no justice, because his crimp is so tight – that extreme combination of high-frequency and high-amplitude that feels springy when pulled. Incredibly, his staple is excellent, and I say “incredibly” because it is extremely rare for a fine, high-frequency fleece to have such an amazing staple. Add a terrific density that can be appreciated even on the animal, and this is one seriously elite fleece. His biopsy results confirm that he is, also, one of the densest grey alpacas yet tested ...

Description

Well, this little girl was an oops....But OH BOY are we excited about her!! Her Dam, Snowmass Lovelight was supposed to be bred to a different male, but during a breakout...Hope's sire Snow Diamond Nunchuck got in with the girls, and did the deed. and here we are.. What to say about Hope....Hope carries all the very best characteristics of both her parents. Her calm, sweet, curious demeanor most definitely comes from her mother, while her slight air of arrogance most definitely comes from her father. She is a very solid, compact female with straight legs, a squared off body and an abundance of fleece. Being a Divine Love granddaughter, her fleece is dense, with a bright, high frequency crimp style, tightly bundled and organized. I believe she will follow in her mothers footsteps and shear pounds of glorious bright fiber. Hope is a complete package....with some of the best genetics, a solid confirmation and an abundance of beautiful dark fawn fiber. I am excited to see what she does this season in the show ring...holding my breath..... FEB 2023 Hope has followed in her mothers footsteps and gotten herself pregnant. Im thinking it is her half-brother, who escaped the ranch owner and was out all night with the girls. If its NOT him, then its Ringo, a boarders male that ALSO got away from the ranch owner and was out for a day or two. I guess we wait.... In the meantime, Hope's fleece will be sent to the National Fleece show in July and then on to PAOBA. Hoping, pardon the pun, that she will continue to add to her ribbon collection! July 2023 Hope lost her cria....She is now slated to become our FIRST Certified Animal Therapy Animal !! Im not sure how long the process will take, but we are all excited and Hope is going to be the best !!!
