Oh my - beautiful Sophia Sophia is a great asset to out foundation herd. Her fleece is fine, bright with a soft and delicate crimp style. Along with her fantastic fleece, Sophia has great conformation and a gentle disposition. At the Green Mountain Spectacular Fleece show in 2012, Sophia won the specialty reward for Best Hand. Cheryl Gehly wrote: "So fine, bright and soft. If I had this handle, I'd feel it in the morn-n-ing, I'd feel in in the eve-ning, all over the alpaca" But, best of all......Sophia gave birth late September 2015 to an astounding female cria out of XXXtreme Xclipse - Lunar Xclipse. Lunar did extremely well at the 2016 Fall shows, bringing home a RC and several 2nd place ribbons. She only lost to her half sister - Daisy Mae. This year - 2016 - Sophia blessed us with a beautiful female - Crystal Rose - out of Beethoven's Dorian. Still early in the game, but I can't wait to see how she develops - SOLD Sophia continues to produce champions. In 2017 sired by Jumanji's Peruvian Champ, Sophia gave birth to a champion male - Apollo. Several 1st places and two Championships. Really handsome and friendly fellow - LOVE HIM!!! 2018 Sophia presented us with Spencer, sired by XXXtreme Xclipse. He is only really starting his show career - Fall 2019 - as he was born so late in 2018 - SOLD And now, we have another cria sired by XXXtreme Xclipse. While he is only 3 weeks old, as of this writing - we are not disappointed and look forward to seeing him bloom - Moonshine. Watch for him at the 2020 Fall shows - SOLD
