Wow, Gold crias hitting the ground and exhibitng very low micron fineness and suri brightness. Exciting! dark brown cria out of a white dam leads us to believe Gold covers black. Another 14 micron brown 24KGold cria. He is passing on some terrific heads also Check out our most recent 24K Gold offspring AROSA Bronson and AROSA LacyAnne both maintaining 16 AFD age 2 !!! Another sample of our Lingering fineness breeding program. "Best fleece in his class" were the words to describe Gold in his first show at 2006 OABA Alpacafest. "this is the finest fleece I've seen in a 2+ male class"...Wade Geese '08 Indeed, Gold has maintained an incredible fineness for his age, 19 micron at 3 years old, simply GOLDen! Sweet Caroline, his dam, comes from an outstanding Champion producing dam, Mary Lou. Caroline's grandsire is Accoyo Amedeus,a much sought after but very rare bloodline in the States, as he was sold to a farm in Europe. Grand Triumph is Sweet Caroline's Sire. And lets not forget Gold's sire, Royal Accoyo Avenger. That makes Gold 7/8ths Accoyo Fawn! The AlpacaRosa has been tested as BVD-FREE . Our new breeding protocols require all incoming alpacas to show proof of negative PCR test for crias or a SN test of late pregnancy dam . All incoming females/crias at side will spend their visit in our quaratine pasture. The AlpacaRosa co-owns 24 Karat Gold with Jerry Knowles of Silver Star Alpacas.

Peruvian Fine Lace

Wow, we just lowered Laces price. She has produced awesome offspring for us and mostly girls, but we are breeding her daughter who is one notch above Lace, So Lace is currently not on our schedule for breeding. So, we offer her at rock bottom pricing so that her new owners can breed her like she should be. 3/4 Accoyo and fawn producing, Lace, gave us a spectacular 7/8 accoyo fawn female last year! She is currently bred to our 24K Gold AGAIN!!! (holding a 19 micron at 4.5 yrs of age!) Lace is a bargain at this Price! Her last offspring has a histogram of: 16.09afd 3.3 20.48 100.0 AT AGE 2!!!!! AROSA full histogram disclosure , insist on nothing less from our competition Fine Peruvian Lace is an exceptional proven female. Lace is a proven fawn producer of multiple ribbon winners. We see her as the perfect fawn producing machine, producing extremely fine fleece with high frequency crimp, and with typey alpaca heads that quickly turn human heads Her Accoyo lineage includes PPPeruvian Auzengate and PPeruvian Felix. The fineness, density, and crimp that you would expect from that lineage are absolutely present. The Alianza in her background accentuates the fineness and crimp. Lace at 5 years old, has a strong zipper crimp that is consistent throughout her blanket and up through her neck. Her leg coverage and top knot are excellent and are evident when looking at ( Rocky) Peruvian Gibraltar, her 2006 cria. Lace is a strong well-built female and a great mother. Her conformation is strong with her straight lines and good proportions. McDreamy has a very steamy dream team of a pedigree. Congrats to C & J Alpaca Ranch for scooping up this incredible male. McDreamy will be splitting his time between Ohio and Colorado. AROSA = Full Histogram Disclosure, Please shop and compare! 2013 histogram 3 years old -----17.34afd 3.28sd 18.89cv 100.0 2012 AGE 21 MONTHS old------- 17.72AFD 3.18SD 17.94CV 100.0 CF 2011 HAGE 8 MONTHS----------- 16.21AFD 4.01SD 24.76CV 100.0 CF Do you like the fleece pic? you talk about a uniformity, Wow, this guy fleece is hard to spot a primary ANYWHERE. He is coming in as I expected ,.....VERY high frequency and amazing brightness. Weighing his Prime blanket this Spring, we found McDreamy to be extremely dense. His prime 15 micron blanket weighed 3.5 lbs !!!! Very impressive density indeed. If he were a 20afd, this would translate to 7lbs on a juvi frame, quite remarkable. His 5X champion dam, Qolmesa Crystal (victor vaccoyo grandaughter), won Color Championship over 12 Snowmass females at the 2006 Futurity along with 4 other championships and several blues in 5 months of showing. Her first 3 offspring have won 11 championships among them. She is 7 years old and still maintains a 23 AFD with 17CV. McDreamys sire is Rico Suave(Hemingway, Accoyo Elite son), who Most recently won reserve championship at the first Maturity,.... as a 10 year old. His fiber histogram revealed that he was carrying a blanket with a 16.7 AFD. YES, Rico's 10 year old fiber was recorded at 16.7 AFD. Quite unfortnate about Ricos recent passing, his genetics are going to be sorely missed. McDreamy is a boy that we were disppointed with at birth. Seems silly now, but he was born fawn out of his brown 5X Champion dam. She previously has birthed 2 black and 1 brown multiple champion offspring . So we had our hopes pretty high for color. As he matured his fleece came in wow-wow and so we are now quite pleased . Comparing his 4 month old fleece to our 2 year old 15afd AROSA Balbina, its obvious that McDreamy has a micron down around 15-16, which is what we have come to expect from his sire Rico Suave. After all, Rico possessed a 16.7 AFD at age 10, and he regularly is sending this trait to his offspring. But what is even more exciting about this boy is his high frequency crimp, and extreme brightness to go along with a very dense fleece. Really looking foward to getting him in the ring this coming year. We will be selling half ownership in the elite fleeced male.

Wade Geese mentions her fineness and character are that of a juvi class. She was 3.5 years old at show. Wow, this girl came out special from day 1. She is very fine and very uniform across her fleece, just like her daddy, 24K Gold. She appears to be the total package of brightness, fineness, beautiful high frequency crimp and density. Beautiful! Judges agreed in her first show the finest and most uniform in the 14 girl class. Also "Very dense" LacyAnne delivered a lovely light fawn female on 11-11-15, sired by AROSA Tuscan Black.
